Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We ship 6 days a week excluding Sunday. Every package is handed directly to USPS PO worker so shipments are scanned into the system ASAP. This is to help customers monitor shipping progress.

  • We will not ship to states that have bans on fire rate modifying devices or FRT's. This includes Florida, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed same day. Processing time may be extended at times.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking numbers are sent with purchase confirmation email. If the tracking information is not received within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. 

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. If you believe you order might be lost in transit, please allow at least 7 business days of no movement before reaching out.

Returns

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and start the return process. 

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method with the USPS Priority Mail shipping cost deducted.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
