K.i.S.S. Rate Reducer for the TX22. Keep It Simple Silly. No moving parts or fasteners to come loose + our v7 FRT combo. Save $10 on the FRT.
Rate reducer is 1.4 oz, solid 304 stainless steel and black oxide finished.
Works with Gen 2 TORO and non TORO models with and without illuminated dot optics under 1.2 oz.
* Non TORO Gen 2 models require suppressors under 6.5 oz or adding additional weight to the slide.
Allows Taurus TX22s with FRTs to use suppressors.
Lowers ROF from OEM 1950 down to 1650 RPM depending on model and accessories.
Suppressor weight needs to be from 0-6.5 oz. Not for use with suppressors that weigh more than 6.5 oz without 1 oz optic. Suppressors accumulate lead and carbon and may need to be cleaned to be under 6.5 oz.
Rate Reducer combined with FRT and a suppressor is not recommended for Competition models unless using 3-4 oz suppressor.
Recommended ammo is high velocity 1200+ f.p.s. round nose, 40 gr ammo. All high velocity ammo will remain subsonic in 4.6" barrels but the extra powder is more reliable.
USE LIGHT TRIGGER PRESSURE. Allow trigger to reset.
DO NOT USE with metal striker housings. They will damage the FRT.

Well Made and Works!
TX22 Compact, 4.5 oz suppressor, Sig ROMEO ZERO Elite Compact Red Dot I picked this set up after doing some research (mostly Reddit). The FRT runs smooth with or without the weight, but adding a couple extra ounces to the slide made a noticeable difference on target groupings at 10m. I also added a GP +10% slide spring which works great for HV or 45gr subs, but will not cycle SV amo reliably sans-suppressor.
